Returns Policy

• 5% restocking on the total goods returned.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customised or personalised, such as special orders and mixed paints are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Return Process:

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase or account. Please allow 7-10 working business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our sales team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued following the standard refund process outlined above.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our sale team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or provide instructions for returning the item for a refund or exchange, as per your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons, such as respirators, safety harnesses, and certain personal protective equipment (PPE). Please check the product description or contact our sales team for clarification before purchasing.

7. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee will be applied to returns at our discretion, typically 5%, particularly for items that require significant repackaging.

8. Return Delivery Costs:

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective/damaged item).
