Delivery Terms

All orders placed via our website will be classified as Branch/BBS Transport delivery.

• Deliveries to postcodes within a 10-mile radius of our Bridport Branch will typically be made within 1-3 working days.
• Deliveries to postcodes between a 10 to 15-mile radius of our Bridport Branch will typically be made within 1-5 working days.
• For deliveries to postcodes beyond a 15-mile radius of our Branch, please contact us directly for assistance and a customised delivery quote. We may be able to include your delivery if we are passing through or near your location, depending on the items ordered.

Please note:

• Our delivery terms are based on kerbside deliveries only. Occasionally, we may be able to deliver goods onto the property if it is safe to do so and we have explicit permission from the property owner.
• Customers must specify any delivery restrictions, such as site access, parking limitations, and specific delivery requirements, at the time of placing their order.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary manpower and equipment to transfer the items from the kerbside into their property.

Important:

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if they deem it unsafe or impractical to proceed. Should this occur, the customer will need to contact us promptly to discuss alternative delivery arrangements or options for collection.
• Any additional delivery attempts may incur further charges.
• Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours.
