Mannok Therm Cavity MC 100mm is a high-performance PIR cavity wall insulation board designed for partial fill masonry cavity wall applications. Manufactured with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with low emissivity foil facings, the board is developed to improve thermal efficiency while helping reduce overall wall U-values.

The profiled tongue and groove edge detail helps maintain continuity of insulation between boards, reducing gaps and supporting consistent thermal performance throughout the cavity wall system.
