Opti-Mix Concentrated Integral Waterproofer 1L

Sika MaxMix Concentrated Integral Waterproofer is a highly concentrated liquid admixture for sand and cement mixes, suitable for pointing, renders and screeds. It is designed to waterproof, plasticise, retard and act as a salt inhibitor within the mix, helping improve water resistance while maintaining a workable consistency.

The air entraining formulation helps produce stable air bubbles within mortar and render mixes, improving workability and reducing issues such as bleeding, efflorescence, shrinkage and cracking. Supplied in a 1L dosing bottle, Sika MaxMix Concentrated Integral Waterproofer is equivalent to 25L of standard waterproofer and should be diluted into gauging water before being added to the mix.
