EGG TG4 Flooring Board is a 22mm structural chipboard panel designed for a strong, stable subfloor where a thicker board is required. This sheet measures 2400x600x22mm and is manufactured with tongue and groove on all four edges (TG4), helping boards lock together neatly for consistent joint alignment across the floor deck.
Rated P5 MR, this flooring grade chipboard is made for load-bearing applications and offers improved moisture resistance compared with standard interior chipboard, making it better suited to typical site conditions and everyday humidity changes during and after installation.
Store sheets flat and dry, and allow boards to acclimatise before fitting. Ensure joints are fully engaged, follow suitable fixing and adhesive guidance for tongue and groove flooring, and maintain appropriate perimeter expansion gaps.
