Sika Frostproofer & Hardener 5L

SikaMix Frostproofer & Hardener is a chloride free liquid admixture formulated to accelerate the setting and hardening times of mortar, concrete, screeds and cement-based renders. It is designed to provide frost protection during the setting period, including use in sub-zero temperatures down to -8°C, helping mortar and concrete mixes cure more reliably in cold conditions.

The non-corrosive formulation is suitable for use with embedded metals such as brick ties and can also be used in normal temperatures where a faster set is required. Supplied as a clear liquid in a 5L jerry can, it is suitable for mortars, floor screeds, internal and external cement-based rendering, non-structural concrete and emergency repair plugging when mixed neat with cement.
