EASYSeal Ultimate 3 Litre is a professional-grade, water-based impregnating sealer designed to provide long-lasting protection for natural stone and concrete surfaces. It penetrates deep into the surface to repel water, oil and staining while remaining virtually invisible once cured, helping preserve the natural appearance of paving, stonework, planters and other hard landscaping features. The advanced formula also helps resist algae and fungal growth, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Exceptionally hard-wearing and easy to apply, EASYSeal Ultimate is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. The non-solvent, non-toxic formulation is safe to use outdoors and provides durable protection against everyday wear, weathering and contamination.

Installation Guide

• Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, moss and debris before application.
• Shake well: Shake the container thoroughly before use to ensure the product is fully mixed.
• Application: Apply generously using a brush, roller or garden sprayer, spreading evenly across the surface.
• Second coat: For best results, apply a second coat wet-on-wet before the first coat has dried.
• Drying time: Allow approximately 8 hours before light foot traffic and up to 24 hours for full curing.

Coverage will vary depending on surface porosity, with more porous materials requiring additional product.
