Egger TG4 Flooring Board is an 18mm structural chipboard panel designed for use as a durable, stable subfloor. This sheet measures 2400x600x18mm and features tongue and groove on all four edges (TG4) for a tight fit and consistent joint alignment across the floor deck.
Rated P5 MR, this board is manufactured for load-bearing flooring applications with enhanced moisture resistance compared with standard interior chipboard, helping it cope better with the day-to-day humidity changes typically found on building sites and in occupied homes.
For best results, store sheets flat, keep them dry, and allow the boards to acclimatise before fitting. Ensure joints are fully engaged, follow suitable fixing and adhesive guidance for tongue and groove flooring, and maintain appropriate perimeter expansion gaps.
