This large pressure-sensitive pipe seal is a pre-formed EPDM component designed to provide a watertight finish around pipe penetrations on EPDM flat roofs. The flexible body allows it to accommodate the pipe while the base flange bonds to the membrane using compatible primers and tapes.
When installed correctly, the seal helps protect vulnerable penetration points by creating a continuous waterproof barrier between the pipe and roofing membrane. It is intended for use as part of the ClassicBond system on suitable pipe sizes within the stated range.
